Nimrod FisherAI builder and data advisor

Grow what your team can do with AI.

I build AI systems that help companies get more work done and make better decisions. My background is in data, so I connect the information, business context and tools each system needs to do useful work.

More than anything, I'm a people person. I work side by side with the people who will use what we build, because that's what makes a project actually succeed.

    Companies I've worked with

    • Elementor
    • Artlist
    • Gong
    • Unity
    • Similarweb
    • Gett
    • Lusha
    • Remitly
    • Flare
    • WSC Sports
    • Perion
    • IVIX
    • Neema
    • Investing.com

I've worked with teams at these companies through workshops, advisory work or hands-on projects. A logo is not an endorsement of a specific result. What clients say in their own words is further down.

    How I approach the work

Most of the effort goes into understanding the work and giving the system what it needs to do it well. The model is rarely the hard part.

    1. Understand the business problem

We start with the work itself: what takes too long, which decisions need better information, and what a good result would look like for your team.

    2. Connect the data and context

A system is only as useful as what it can see. This is where my data background does the work: I connect the data, documents and tools it needs, and write down the definitions and rules your team already works by.

    3. Build

I build the smallest version that does the job, with the models and tools that fit, often ones you already pay for.

    4. Test with your team

We test on real examples from your own work and agree on what good looks like before anyone relies on it.

People stay in control. Anything that reaches a customer, moves money or changes a record goes through a person first, until you decide otherwise. Each system gets only the access the work needs, and keeps a record of what it did so someone can check it.

    Three ways to work together

The difference is who does the work: your leadership, your team, or me.

    • Executive Advisory

      Leadership decides. I advise.

For leaders deciding where AI should take on work across the company.

I help leadership decide where to invest, what to build, and how to move forward.

      • Weekly group sessions
      • Q&A on the decisions in front of you
      • Implementation examples you can reuse

      Starts from $7,000 USD

    • Project Advisory

      Your team builds. I advise.

For a team already building one specific project.

Your team builds a specific project. I advise on the decisions and the implementation: architecture reviews, design choices and the problems that come up along the way.

      • One specific project
      • Architecture review
      • Implementation guidance

      Starts from $10,000 USD

    • Hands-On Project

      I lead the build.

For a workflow you want working in your environment, without building it yourselves.

I lead the build until the solution works in your environment: scoping, connecting the data and tools it needs, building and testing it with your team.

      • Built in your environment
      • Tested with your team on real cases
      • Model-independent architecture

      Starts from $15,000 USD

“Working with Nimrod started with an AI workshop for our data teams and quickly evolved into a real shift in how analysts work day to day. Beyond introducing agentic workflows, he followed up closely with both me and the team to ensure we implemented things the right way, both tactically and strategically. The frameworks we built together became part of the team's new normal and created a lasting impact on our analysis processes.”

    Ran AlmogHead of Data, Elementor

“The system our DA team built with Nimrod is one of the more sophisticated agent architectures we've deployed -- multiple agents working in concert across the entire analytical pipeline, triggered automatically when a production issue surfaces.”

“The system our DA team built with Nimrod is one of the more sophisticated agent architectures we've deployed -- multiple agents working in concert across the entire analytical pipeline, triggered automatically when a production issue surfaces. It dramatically accelerated the workflow and delivered measurable impact on resolution speed and revenue risk. The kind of work that raises the bar.”

“Nimrod works with our data group for several months and gave us a clear direction on how to transform the way we work with data using AI. Beyond the strategy, he mentored our analysts hands-on and left us with frameworks the team still uses. He consistently went above and beyond what we asked for - always available, always with a smile, and with a level of professionalism that's rare to find.”

    A data person who builds

I'm Nimrod Fisher. I spent 12 years in data and analytics, from early startups to large enterprises. That work taught me where useful information lives in a company and why systems fail without it. Today I build AI systems on top of that experience, and the ones I recommend are ones I have built and run myself.

I also run the DnA community, with more than 500 data people, and maintain Data Analytics Skills, an open-source Claude and Codex skills library.
